Connor Howard

Co-Founder / Creative Director

Connor is a University of Tennessee (Go Vols) graduate and has over five years of experience in Entertainment, Events, and Digital Marketing.  Connor started his career with the University of Tennessee Athletic Department before moving on to spend a season with the Memphis Grizzlies.  After his time in team sports he moved on to the Power Sports industry, landing at Harley-Davidson of Indianapolis and Cannonball Harley-Davidson where he met Jordan.  In his spare time Connor loves to read, watch sports, play trivia and board games with his friends and family.

Jordan Monschein

Co-Founder / Chief Operating Officer

Jordan Monschein is a proud Indiana University graduate, and has over 15 years experience in Marketing & Event Promotion. Starting at the age of 13 years old, he began booking and promoting local bands around Indianapolis. That grew into a small but mighty promotion company that produced regional and national touring bands around the Indy area. It was during that time he gained his passion for marketing and promotion.  After attending IU, he started working with Harley-Davidson dealerships designing and implementing successful marketing and social media strategies. Currently he is working in the Real Estate industry helping Real Estate Agents build their brand, get more leads, and make more money.  In his spare time he likes to BBQ, ride his Harley-Davidson, and check out live music.
